11Department Of General Surgery, Sbu Konya Training And Research Hospital, Konya, Turkey, 2Department Of Pathology, Sbu Konya Training And Research Hospital, Konya, Turkey, A 30 year-old Syrian woman was admitted with recurrent right upper quadrant pain.Clinical examination and laboratory investigation were not determinative.Preliminary diagnosis was hydatic cyst at ultrasonography and cystic neoplasm of pancreas at computerized tomography.Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography demonstrated choledochal cyst.Radical surgery was performed.The pathologic diagnosis was class 2b biliary papillomatosis
